Okay, so here's what I have so far hun:

-Signature is spelled wrong on the bottom right of every message page ("signtature")
-The message effects buttons should include end tags when you click them
-The cursor acts kinda funky when I type.. maybe this is just my computer/browser.. the cursor gets left behind when I skip a line, and it sometimes doubles if I go back and page and then come back to the message-typing page
-You need to update the registration page so that it doesn't say less than 6 chars
-I personally think that passwords should be allowed to be less than 6.. honestly who's going to steal your jmd forum account?? (I would make it 5 chars)
-the 'eye' menu on the top left does nothing
-the 'post reply' button has to be WAAY bigger (maybe this is just me not having forum experience)
-would it potentially be more convenient to have posts come up in anti-chronological order? I just think that would eliminate the need to scroll a lot, which can be tedious
-When you register, if it rejects your password, it also clears the 'optional' boxes, if you filled them out.. it would be nicer if it didn't
-You should send a confirmation email when you register with your name and password for future reference (this is optional)

Well, that's all I can think of for now..

Other than that it is very nice

but seriously a few more things:
-there should be a button for centering text

and please PLEASE don't act on any of my suggestions until after all your exams are done.. please!

also:

-I couldn't even see it until now, but there is a small line that says the subject above every post..
it's impossible to read because it's black text on a dark grey background.. I would use white text at least

I know I havent posted the forum rules yet, but that was a quadruple post... use the "edit" button to elaborate on your own posts. as for the suggestions, I believe there is a private thread for them, which you can see now that I have made you an admin.

I just accidentally created a new version of this software, can anyone who reads this let me know how it seems! I am aiming at marketing this Forum toward businesses, when phpBB would seem to "run-of-the-mill".

Please, let me know if any bugs pop up, I would really like to have some feedback on this growing software.

Laura caught all of what i was gonna say, except that you can't see who posted messages unless they have a signature... which is just you and laura... honestly, most people are gonna be too lazy to do so. I know i am!

you aren't able to see the column on the left of each post that has each user's username and avatar?

also, anyone have an opinion on the link underline effect? I'm not sure whether it's tacky as hell, or cool.

Idea:
Since you've all but fallen off the face of the earth, and only laura knows the entrance to your secret lair from which you rarely come out, and you're always changing emails... why don't you let members message each other's profiles... sort of like an in-site email... a personal "wall" that we could write on, if you will... just kidding about the wall, just an email type thing would be cool. But only after exams are done. Before that, not cool. Right Laura?
