Interesting URL Shortener

A few months ago I spent an evening and created my own URL shortening service, dFL8.me. Writing the app caused me to pay more attention to the hordes of URL shortening services being announced, and there has finally been a decent advancement! Tinyarro.ws takes advantage of the broad range of "special" characters available in UTF-8 to produce the shortest URLs you have ever seen:
